Las y los adolescentes aseguran ser<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>plenamente conscientes de hasta qu\u00e9 punto es p\u00fablica\u00a0la informaci\u00f3n divulgada en las redes sociales y califican el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLC186BF9FE0418ED2\" target=\"_blank\">ciberbullying<\/a><\/strong> como\u00a0menos preocupante porque es m\u00e1s probable que sea de corta duraci\u00f3n y no implique desequilibrios de poder significativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La base de la\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0son<strong>\u00a0entrevistas telef\u00f3nicas realizadas entre\u00a0791 j\u00f3venes<\/strong> del pa\u00eds, de 10 a 20 a\u00f1os (49% hombres). De \u00e9stos, el 54% mostr\u00f3 su mayor preocupaci\u00f3n por el bullying tradicional, mientras que s\u00f3lo el\u00a0\u00a015% valor\u00f3 el ciberbullying como m\u00e1s perjudicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el estudio, el motivo de temer m\u00e1s el acoso\u00a0cara a cara <strong>es que es\u00a0m\u00e1s doloroso<\/strong>, al menos en cuanto al f\u00edsico se refiere. Sin embargo <strong>el 31% de participantes\u00a0s\u00ed que destacan el aumento de los episodios mixtos<\/strong>, es decir, aquellos acosos que se producen tanto en persona como en la red.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLos episodios mixtos, los que se producen tanto en persona como a trav\u00e9s de elementos tecnol\u00f3gicos, <strong>son m\u00e1s propensos que los que emplean s\u00f3lo la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> a involucrar a los autores que sab\u00edan cosas embarazosas sobre la v\u00edctima, se producen en diversas ocasiones, duran un mes o m\u00e1s, implican da\u00f1o f\u00edsico y comienzan como broma antes de convertirse en algo m\u00e1s grave. Son estos episodios mixtos los que parecen ser los m\u00e1s angustiantes para los j\u00f3venes\u00bb, destac\u00f3\u00a0Kimberly J. Mitchell, del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Infantil contra Cr\u00edmenes de la Universidad de New Hampshire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una tendencia, la del acoso mixto, al alza y cuyo aumento preocupa sobremanera debido a que aumentan\u00a0\u00a0la duraci\u00f3n, el des del acoso\u00a0y\u00a0las lesiones, mientras que\u00a0facilita\u00a0la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples autores, por lo que la v\u00edctima sufre un mayor da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su alta prevalencia, la gravedad de sus consecuencias y las dificultades para la prevenci\u00f3n e intervenci\u00f3n han hecho del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLC186BF9FE0418ED2\" target=\"_blank\">ciberbullying <\/a><\/strong>el principal azote digital de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes.
