Revelaci\u00f3n de datos \u00edntimos, divulgaci\u00f3n de fotograf\u00edas trucadas, injurias, suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad o insultos son algunas de las formas que adquiere esta ciberviolencia, que supone <strong>un maltrato psicol\u00f3gico que deja profundas huellas entre quienes lo sufren.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por desgacia, dos recientes estudios vienen a confirmar las dificultades que se encuentran\u00a0las v\u00edctimas de ciberbullying a la hora de hacer frente a este acoso.\u00a0Hace unos meses una publicaci\u00f3n de la<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aap.org\/en-us\/Pages\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Academia Americana de Pediatr\u00eda<\/a>\u00a0subrayaba\u00a0los riesgos que genera el\u00a0acoso escolar en adolescentes, destacando especialmente los elementos potencialmente agravantes que tiene el acoso cibern\u00e9tico o ciberbullying, donde el\u00a0anonimato de Internet otorga una mayor libertad a quien ejerce el acoso, por lo\u00a0que <strong>\u201ces dif\u00edcil para la v\u00edctima obtener un respiro\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El grupo<a href=\"http:\/\/www.taylorandfrancis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Taylor &amp;\u00a0Francis\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n public\u00f3 recientemente un estudio basado en\u00a0m\u00e1s de mil comentarios alojados\u00a0en un post del blog de la famosa\u00a0cantante y compositora Amanda Palmer. La entrada estaba relacionada con el suicidio de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6yIhGau0qXg\" target=\"_blank\">Amanda Todd,<\/a> <strong>una joven de 15 a\u00f1os de edad\u00a0sometida a un constante maltrato psicol\u00f3gico por sus compa\u00f1eros,<\/strong> hasta el punto de quitarse la vida fruto de la desesperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Palmer tambi\u00e9n fue\u00a0v\u00edctima de ciberbullying \u00a0en su juventud y decidi\u00f3 contar sus experiencas\u00a0para concienciar a sus seguidores.\u00a0La investigaci\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 que <strong>la principal raz\u00f3n para iniciar el abuso\u00a0era el aspecto f\u00edsico,<\/strong> seguido por la orientaci\u00f3n sexual y la participaci\u00f3n en los intereses no convencionales. \u00a0Los investigadores concluyeron\u00a0que el cyberbullying \u201ctiene sus ra\u00edces en el acoso tradicional, pero con una\u00a0dificultad mayor para escapar de los torturadores e identificarlos \u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pantallasamigas.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">PantallasAmigas<\/a> llevamos\u00a0desde el a\u00f1o 2006, cuando lanzamos la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pantallasamigas.net\/recursos-educativos-materiales-didacticos\/guia-ciberbullying\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Gu\u00eda ciberbullying para madres, padres y personal docente<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0intentando concienciar a padres y madres, profesorado, adolescentes y sociedad sobre\u00a0las graves consecuencias del acoso entre iguales, un problema que adquiere una nueva dimensi\u00f3n de manera paralela al gran desarrollo de las <acronym title=\"Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y de la Comunicaci\u00f3n\">TIC<\/acronym>, en particular Internet y la telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil, tan presentes durante la infancia y la adolescencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para ello, hemos desarrollado diferentes recursos, como la web <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciberbullying.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">ciberbullying.com<\/a>, referente a la hora de informar sobre los riesgos de esta pr\u00e1ctica, la p\u00e1gina<a href=\"http:\/\/www.prevencionciberbullying.com\/cyberbullying\/index.shtml#.VJk3qsAQ\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0prevencionciberbullying.com<\/a>, donde se pueden encontrar consejos muy \u00fatiles de prevenci\u00f3n, o los recursos animados del<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCV4VpXz_0IujThjnmGwzKbw\" target=\"_blank\"> canal de YouTube de PantallasAmigas<\/a>, donde el usuario tiene acceso a diferentes listas reproducci\u00f3n en torno al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SEC_dOWFN5M&amp;index=9&amp;list=PLC186BF9FE0418ED2\" target=\"_blank\">ciberbullying <\/a>o la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PBbnYy7XmJU&amp;list=PLUGAcyUkQe0qKTeqTWZZf5VG0-BqrOgTE\" target=\"_blank\">ciberacoso,<\/a> as\u00ed como otras formas de violencia digital.
