Ni\u00f1os y adolescentes ante las pantallas\u201d<\/strong><\/em> referidos al pa\u00eds. El informe es \u00fanico en Chile ya que ofrece un panorama completo de los h\u00e1bitos de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes respecto a las TIC, incluyendo <strong>Internet, celular, videojuegos y televisi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El estudio fue codirigido por <strong>Charo S\u00e1daba<\/strong>, profesora de la Universidad de Navarra y recogi\u00f3 datos de 1.632 ni\u00f1os chilenos de entre 6 y 18 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, algunos de los datos reflejados por el estudio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Del conjunto de menores encuestados, un 26% asegura navegar por Internet, un 59% declara ver fotos o v\u00eddeos y un 67% escuchar m\u00fasica a trav\u00e9s de su dispositivo m\u00f3vil.<\/li>\n<li>Un 76% de los menores chilenos de entre 10 y 18 a\u00f1os tiene acceso a Internet en su casa.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>41% de 10 a 18 a\u00f1os tiene el computador en su dormitorio<\/strong>: Chile, junto con Brasil, lidera la ubicaci\u00f3n de la computadora en un espacio personal. <\/li>\n<li>El <strong>56% de los menores chilenos de entre 6 y 9 a\u00f1os posee un celular propio<\/strong>; entre los 10 y los 18 la cifra sube hasta el 79%.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>55% de 6 a 9 a\u00f1os, navega solo<\/strong>. A los 6 a\u00f1os, son el 40%.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>32%<\/strong> de los ni\u00f1os encuestado reconoce que <strong>sus padres no ejercen ning\u00fan tipo de control sobre su navegaci\u00f3n<\/strong> por Internet.<\/li>\n<li>El 56% de los menores de 10 a 18 reconoce <strong>no apagar nunca su tel\u00e9fono celula<\/strong>r (59% entre las chicas), siendo el pa\u00eds de Iberoam\u00e9rica m\u00e1s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tecnoadiccion.es\">dependiente del dispositivo<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Igualmente Chile es el pa\u00eds del estudio donde es mayor porcentaje de j\u00f3venes que reconoci\u00f3 <strong>quitarle tiempo a los estudios para navegar en la Red<\/strong>: un 36%.<\/li>\n<li>3 de cada 4 utilizan <strong>videojuegos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Durante la infancia, tanto hombres como mujeres juegan, pero a partir de la adolescencia, las mujeres los dejan de lado.<\/li>\n<li>Un 34% de los j\u00f3venes asegura tener al menos un juego <em>pirateado<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>El 18% de los j\u00f3venes de 10 a 18 a\u00f1os declara jugar m\u00e1s de dos horas diarias, de lunes a viernes, siendo los <strong>jugadores m\u00e1s intensivos de Iberoam\u00e9rica<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>Los <strong>juegos online<\/strong> son utilizados por el 70% de los chicos y el 57% de las chicas.<\/li>\n<li>Chile s\u00f3lo es superado en Iberoam\u00e9rica por Guatemala a la hora de reconocer la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/adiccionvideojuegos.wordpress.com\/\" title=\"Consulta m\u00e1s noticias sobre la adicci\u00f3n a los videojuegos\">adicci\u00f3n a los videojuegos<\/a><\/strong> propia o de un amigo, con un 32% de acuerdo con la afirmaci\u00f3n <em>\u201cEstoy enganchado a alg\u00fan juego o conozco a alguna persona que no para de jugar\u201d<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>De los 10 a 18 a\u00f1os lo m\u00e1s usado de Internet son las <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/seguridadredessociales.wordpress.com\/\" title=\"Noticias sobre los problemas de seguridad en las redes sociales de Internet\">redes sociales<\/a><\/strong>: 85% de los chicos y 88% de las chicas. Chile es el pa\u00eds con mayor proporci\u00f3n de usuarios de redes sociales, siendo Facebook la m\u00e1s usada, con un 98%.<\/li>\n<li>Los menores chilenos destacan tanto en el consumo digital de <strong>m\u00fasica<\/strong> como en su creaci\u00f3n: a la hora de crear contenidos, el 59% de las preferencias se lo lleva la m\u00fasica, estando nuevamente a la cabeza de Iberoam\u00e9rica.<\/li>\n<li>Chile destaca en el uso de <strong>recursos digitales para el estudio<\/strong> personal, con un 77% de uso.<\/li>\n<li>El 20% de los chicos de 10 a 18 a\u00f1os cree que puede poner <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cuidatuimagenonline.com\" title=\"Conoce m\u00e1s sobre los riesgos de publicar cierto tipo de im\u00e1genes\"><em>cualquier<\/em> foto o v\u00eddeo suyo en Internet<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>El 13% opina que es <em>divertido<\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.internet-grooming.net\" title=\"\u00bfHas o\u00eddo hablar del peligro del grooming?\">hablar con desconocidos online<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Respecto al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciberbullying.com\">ciberbullying<\/a>, los j\u00f3venes chilenos de 10 a 18 a\u00f1os <strong>son los iberoamericanos que m\u00e1s utilizan Internet para perjudicar a otras personas<\/strong>, con un 7%; y a la vez son l\u00edderes en v\u00edctimas online del ciberacoso, con un 10%.<\/li>\n<li>El 8% de los j\u00f3venes chilenos de 10 a 18 a\u00f1os se han sentido<br \/>\nperjudicados alguna vez con un mensaje, foto o v\u00eddeo a trav\u00e9s del celular, siendo superado en la regi\u00f3n solo por Argentina (9%).
