{"id":386,"date":"2009-03-06T17:22:54","date_gmt":"2009-03-06T17:22:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ciberbullying.com\/cyberbullying\/?p=386"},"modified":"2015-07-22T12:50:27","modified_gmt":"2015-07-22T11:50:27","slug":"en-la-red-no-todo-es-ciberbullying","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ciberbullying.com\/cyberbullying\/2009\/03\/06\/en-la-red-no-todo-es-ciberbullying\/","title":{"rendered":"En la Red no todo es ciberbullying"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Comprender el ciberbullying requiere tambi\u00e9n saber circunscribirlo en la dimensi\u00f3n real que este problema tiene en la red, pues son muchas voces que piden no confundir las malas pr\u00e1cticas que pueden darse en Internet con Internet mismo. <\/p>\n<p>Frente a un alarmismo de corte amarillista al que por desgracia tienden  con creciente frecuencia los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, un colectivo de abogados estadounidenses ha elaborado un informe sobre sobre los riesgos de las redes sociales para los menores, concluyendo que la pederastia no es esa \u2018madre de todos los problemas\u2019 que se suele publicitar, \u201cal menos no tanto como el riesgo de \u2018<strong>bullying\u2018<\/strong> (acoso escolar), tanto dentro como fuera de la Red, o incluso la b\u00fasqueda de sexo por parte de los menores con j\u00f3venes debido a sus propias inseguridades\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Esta conclusi\u00f3n apunta a una perspectiva que quiz\u00e1 pueda a\u00f1adir elementos de an\u00e1lisis respecto al ciberbullying: quienes cometen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciberacoso.net\/\" title=\"Acoso en Internet: informaci\u00f3n y consejos para evitarlo\">ciberacoso<\/a> han sido educados &#8211; o maleducados &#8211; fuera de la red, y desde esa perspectiva Internet es tambi\u00e9n un reflejo de lo que hay fuera de ella. <\/p>\n<p>El fiscal de Madrid, Pedro F. Mart\u00ednez Garc\u00eda,  asegura al respecto de  ciberdelitos como el grooming o el intercambio de pornograf\u00eda infantil: \u00abCreo que Internet precisamente est\u00e1 posibilitando la detenci\u00f3n de numerosos pederastas. Todos los d\u00edas tenemos noticias de este tipo. Pero se tiene que ir mucho m\u00e1s alla, no basta con detener a quienes se bajan esos contenidos y terminar la investigaci\u00f3n en ese momento. Es preciso seguir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y lograr detener a quienes suben los contenidos, e incluso a quienes elaboran el material. Eso implica la colaboraci\u00f3n de terceros pa\u00edses, generalemente pa\u00edses subdesarrollados donde las mafias que explotan a menores campan a sus anchas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A los defensores de Internet tampoco les falta raz\u00f3n cuando defienden la sensibilidad de la comunidad on line ante cualquier delito digital en un breve espacio de tiempo, \u00abcosa que en el \u2018mundo real\u2019 y con delitos \u2018reales\u2019 sucede en muy pocos casos\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>Frente a la satanizaci\u00f3n de Internet como \u00abnido de males\u00bb, es preciso actuar en la educaci\u00f3n fuera de la red, aunque tambi\u00e9n en su seno.
