Estos se ven refugiados en el anonimato que les facilita una identidad falsa en los chats o cuentas de correo electr\u00f3nico. Los menores no tienen conciencia de las consecuencias legales que implica el acoso.<\/p>\n<p>En opini\u00f3n de Christoph Steck (Head of Government Relations &amp;Corporate Responsibility, O2 Alemania), las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y el m\u00f3vil en especial \u00abno exhiben ning\u00fan riesgo serio para los ni\u00f1os de la escuela primaria hacia adelante <strong>si hay una educaci\u00f3n temprana y suficiente para ni\u00f1os y adolescentes<\/strong>. Sin embargo, los padres, las escuelas y la industria tienen que cooperar de cerca para construir la capacidad de los ni\u00f1os para utilizarlos de forma responsable.
