{"id":160,"date":"2009-11-19T10:34:52","date_gmt":"2009-11-19T10:34:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ciberbullying.com\/cyberbullying\/?p=160"},"modified":"2015-07-22T12:50:29","modified_gmt":"2015-07-22T11:50:29","slug":"unanimidad-en-el-parlamento-de-galicia-contra-el-ciberbullying","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ciberbullying.com\/cyberbullying\/2009\/11\/19\/unanimidad-en-el-parlamento-de-galicia-contra-el-ciberbullying\/","title":{"rendered":"Unanimidad en el Parlamento de Galicia contra el ciberbullying"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los grupos parlamentarios gallegos acordaron hoy por unanimidad pedir a la Xunta un <strong>plan de informaci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciberbullying.net\">ciberbullying<\/a><\/strong>, as\u00ed como la proyecci\u00f3n de una <strong>campa\u00f1a de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y concienciaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para j\u00f3venes sobre el uso y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pantallasamigas.info\">riesgos de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Solicita adem\u00e1s el establecimiento de un <strong>punto de informaci\u00f3n y ayuda a las v\u00edctimas<\/strong> de acoso por Internet y a sus familias, as\u00ed como un web que advierta de contenidos nocivos, aconseje a los padres acerca de ellos y ofrezca informaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"http:\/\/controlparental.wordpress.com\">sistemas de filtrado<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Los grupos parlamentarios abogaron tambi\u00e9n por que se realicen actividades para <strong>asociaciones de madres y padres de alumnos<\/strong> que permitan incrementar su grado de conocimiento en los usos de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, y por un <strong>programa de formaci\u00f3n del profesorado<\/strong> habr\u00e1 de adoptar una actitud proactiva sobre la utilizaci\u00f3n de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas por el alumnado para reducir las amenazas y contribuir a la formaci\u00f3n de una <a href=\"http:\/\/ciberciudadania.blogspot.com\">ciudadan\u00eda digital responsable<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los problemas de los que advirtieron los parlamentarios gallegos est\u00e1 acceso de menores a webs pornogr\u00e1ficos, violentos o xen\u00f3fobos, la facilitaci\u00f3n de datos personales, y enlaces a trav\u00e9s de los que contactaron e incluso se citaron con desconocidos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n incidieron en la <em><strong>brecha digital<\/strong> importante<\/em> que existe en Galicia y el <strong><em>desconocimiento total<\/em> en esta materia de la comunidad educativa, el profesorado y los padres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abogaron por tanto por la <em>alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital en Galicia<\/em> pero sin <em>ponerle puertas al campo<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abc.es\/agencias\/noticia.asp?noticia=178772\">ABC<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los grupos parlamentarios gallegos acordaron hoy por unanimidad pedir a la Xunta un plan de informaci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n del ciberbullying, as\u00ed como la proyecci\u00f3n de una campa\u00f1a de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y concienciaci\u00f3n para j\u00f3venes sobre el uso y riesgos de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.
